A
recent article in Time Magazine has made a case for not having regular
exercise into your life and said that the exercise has nothing to do
with weight loss and weight control. The author wrote that the more he exercised, more his appetite, more he ate and he won the greatest weight. To
have a personal experience, as it is a thing, but to make the
hypothesis that exercise makes you fat couldn't be less true or more
irresponsible. Fitness is important and can play an important role in weight loss.
When we talk about diet and exercise, there are a lot of factors that enter into a successful weight loss. Food
consumption and calories are number one on the list, but genetics,
attitude, support and Yes, exercise, all live up to successful weight
loss. There is still no other formula that works to lose weight better than this one: burn more calories than you take in. This is the simple answer to a very complex equation.

For
the defence of the author of this now infamous article, it states that
exercise plays a crucial role in the control of diabetes, health of the
heart and in the prevention of some cancers and it is on this brand. But the role of exercise in our lives is a different experience for each person. Individual
needs are different that are the relationships we have with the
fitness, but it is a place for physical activity in the lives of
everyone.

The need to exit out and dig, plow, plant and harvest are replaced with fast food, frozen meals and eat in restaurants. The hunting for food, is what led our ancestors to walk up to three miles a day. This need has disappeared for a long time.
What exactly is moving more? What defines a mobile society? Fundamental

heart is to walk for 10 minutes three times a day, five days a week. 30 minutes a day on most days is a difficult prospect for most people. In General, European countries allow easier travel bike and literally design their cities to accommodate walking pedestrians. Studies show that people who live in dense cities tend to walk more. Areas where people live farther apart should lead to their destination. Places planning safe city to walk in and make the effort to easier to achieve movement.
